We can register or file returns in every applicable jurisdiction where your sales are made, including state, county, city, and other local jurisdications.

  1. Be careful if your service provider registers you in jurisdictions where you have no nexus. This might incur unnecessary Annual license renewal fees every year. In addition, you'd unnecessarily collect tax or expose confidential information to Middlemen or to the states. Some providers require you to register with Streamlined Sales Tax list of some 20 states "All or nothing". We only register sales tax permits directly with each state without going through any Middlemen systems.

  2. Some providers require you to register with the Secretary of State before any sales tax license can be registered. In our process, we acquire the sales tax permits or ID's without having to register with any Secretary of State. This saves a lot of costs and avoid extra delays in our sales tax registration process.
